Does it work offline?: Yes. App data is saved on this device first, then synced when you are online.
Is the license per device or per account?: One license per signed-in account. Sign in on the phones you use. Do not share your login.
Is the course included?: Yes. After purchase, the course video lives in Additional resources in the Account menu. It is not played on this landing page.
